Our chalet is listed with the Swiss local government tourist authority – Lotschental Tourismus - who are commercial booking agents for the chalet – and whose office is situated in the valley just below Lauchernalp village within a three minute gondola ride from the chalet itself.
Lotschental Tourismus make a detailed physical inspection of the chalet and its furniture and fittings before entering into a marketing contract with the chalet owner – and can confirm the identity and bank account details of the chalet owner.
